Our ethos is passionate and determined but also fast-paced and flexible. We’re always prepared to follow the data – and we have a lot of fun together too.

We believe that big problems can only be solved by working smart and working together, so we’ve created spaces that encourage collaboration, but we have also reserved areas where people can focus on their own.

We find that our toughest challenges are solved by our people coming together in our fantastic offices. In support of this we offer flexible working arrangements, with a balance of hybrid and office working depending on your role.

The problems we are trying to solve are enormously difficult. We can only solve them by building a team of people who are incredibly talented and dedicated, who work together and help each other – Owlways be helping! This doesn’t mean we always need to agree – the best teams have a diversity of opinion and expertise. ‘Owlways be helping’ applies to our customers, too. Our current customers are academic and pharma researchers. They have a hard job – limited budgets and many demands on their time. We want to make them successful in their research. Our Sales team should be advocates for our customers – put yourself in their shoes and understand what they need and how we can help them (if we can). If we can make our customers successful, our success follows as a consequence.
