Enterprise Skills Award winner, Cambridge Science and Technology Awards 2022

We are delighted to announce that Owlstone Medical has won the Enterprise Skills Award at the 2022 Cambridge Science and Technology Awards, with the results revealed on 11th May.
This year’s winners received their awards as part of a celebratory ceremony at Hinxton Hall, on the Wellcome Genome Campus. The event was attended by Lara Pocock, Head of Marketing, and Laura Gillies, Learning & Development Advisor, who received the award on behalf of Owlstone Medical. The Enterprise Skills Award is designed to recognize employers that have demonstrated outstanding commitment to leadership or management training for their scientific and technical staff.
Cambridge is vibrant hub for deep tech science companies, with a very competitive employment market. We’re therefore extremely proud to receive an award that affirms our commitment to continuously upskilling employees. Owlstone Medical strives to provide everyone with numerous and varied training opportunities for personal and professional development – from company-wide seminars to individually tailored coaching.
Laura Gillies, explaining what this award meant to her, said:
